When you submit a contact enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, email address, role, enquiry type and message content. We also process a hashed identifier derived from your IP address for the sole purpose of rate limiting and spam prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses.

How we use your information

Data storage and processors
Contact enquiries are stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase, which acts as a data processor. The database is protected by row-level security. Public visitors cannot directly read or write to the database. Only authorised server-side processes using restricted credentials can insert enquiry records.
Cookies and analytics
The Adatrys Lunar website does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No analytics or marketing tracking is active at this time. If analytics are enabled in the future, they will be privacy-conscious and this policy will be updated accordingly. No cookie consent banner is required while only strictly necessary cookies (if any) are used.
Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@adatrys.com.
Data retention
We retain contact enquiries for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your data is processed and stored by Supabase, which may process data in regions outside the UK. Appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), row-level database security, server-side form validation, rate limiting, and separation of public and privileged credentials.
